Frozen Banana Dessert

Ingredients

4 bananas

For the peanut butter banana:

2 Tablespoons peanut butter

Handful of roasted peanuts

Handful of dark chocolate chips, melted

For the almond butter banana:

2 Tablespoons almond butter

Handful of sliced almonds

Handful of dark chocolate chips, melted

For the dark chocolate banana:

1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips, melted

1/2 teaspoon dried cranberries

1/2 teaspoon of sliced almonds

For the dark chocolate drizzle:

Handful of dark chocolate chips, melted

1/2 teaspoon dried cranberries

1/2 teaspoon of sliced almonds

 Directions

Place the bananas on a lined with the parchment paper baking sheet.

Insert a wooden popsicle stick into each banana.

For the peanut butter banana:

Using a spoon, spread 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter on one side of the banana. Sprinkle with ½ of peanuts, and drizzle with melted chocolate.  

Freeze for 1 hour. Turn the banana on the uncoated side, and spread with leftover nut butter, nuts, and chocolate.

For the almond butter banana:

Same but use almond butter and almonds.

For the dark chocolate banana:

Gently roll the banana in dark chocolate. Sprinkle one side with dried cranberries and almonds. Freeze for 1 hour. Turn the banana on the uncoated side, and spread with leftover cranberries and almonds.

For the dark chocolate drizzle:

Drizzle the banana with half of the dark chocolate. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and almonds. Freeze for 1 hour. Turn the banana on an uncoated side, and spread with leftover cranberries and almonds.
