1 Whole Wheat Tortilla

1/4 canned chickpeas, mashed with fork

2 lettuce leaves

1 heaping tablespoon Hampton Creek Vegan Mayo

1 teaspoon hot sauce

Handful cucumber and tomatoes, sliced thin


Mix chickpeas with mayo, and hot sauce.

Next, spread this mix in a middle of the wrap, cover by sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and chopped lettuce leaves.

Drizzle with hot sauce again and wrap tight. Enjoy!
