Ingredients

1 cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut blend (you can also substitute this brand with homemade/store bought almond or coconut milk), unsweetened

1 small banana, chopped

1 Tablespoon dark maple syrup (I used Crown Maple Syrup Dark Color)

1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
