Dr. Garth Davis is a surgeon who believes that the idea of not getting enough protein is actually harming us. Dr. Davis works with the obese population and has taken notice of the impacts of excessive protein- particularly in excessive supplements and intake of animal protein. With so much evidence backing whole foods, they are disappointed in the lack of urgency to implement changes to current eating habits around the world.
