Equipment

  • Air Fryer (optional)*

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cut each hot dog into 3 pieces.
  • Unroll the dough from the can and separate it into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle, lengthwise, into 2 thin smaller triangles.
  • Place the hotdog on the widest end of the triangle and gently roll-up.
  • Repeat with all remaining dot dogs, making a total of 16 pigs in a blanket.
    Sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Transfer them in an air fryer wrack or basket and cook for 5 minutes. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may be able to cook all of them at the same time or prepare in 2 batches.
  • For the sauce:
Whisk together vegan mayo, ketchup, and Sriracha sauce until well combined.

Notes

*You can use toasted sesame seeds or poppy seeds in place of Everything but The Bagel Seasoning Blend
*You can cook them in the oven instead of air fryer for 12 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit
