Start by sprinkling chia seeds inside the popsicle molds.
Add the berries on top of the chia seeds.
Now, slowly fill the popsicle mold with coconut water. Then, insert the popsicle sticks.
Cover and chill in the freezer for several hours till it sets.
When it is time to serve the popsicles, remove the molds from the freezer, and keep them at room temperature for a few minutes. It will make it easier to release the popsicles from the molds.
