Preheat medium pot over low heat. Stir in fresh blueberries with maple syrup.
Cook them over medium-low heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add 2 cups oat milk, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Just warm up the eggnog for a few minutes until the mixture simmers. Don’t overheat it and whisk constantly.
Strain the drink from the berry pieces. Stir in 1 cup of cold milk, then slowly pour the mixture into the glass. Top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Enjoy!

* If you want your drink to stand out more, you can add a drop of blue food coloring.
